    this is usually one of my go-to places for coffee but the amount of trash near their store is ridiculous. it is the worst by the cashier lanes. there is straws, cups, napkins, so much miscellaneous trash. it blows around the whole parking lot by the other stores. major disappointment to see how they treat this area.

    Slowest 7 brew I have ever been to. Workers took forever to come out and start taking orders. Then they were just standing around outside talking and counting tips instead of doing anything. Waited almost 30 minutes when the line only had 3 or 4 cars ahead of me .

    I ordered a white mocha not a mocha. A white mocha doesn’t taste like chocolate. I was a barista for 7 years so it was a waste of my money and I only get 7brew when I come to Kansas City.

    I went on Halloween night and it was a girl in a grey vest helping us and she very rude and rushing when no one was in line behind us. My friend was trying to ask for suggestions but didn’t get any because she was rushing and then got mad we didn’t tip her?? Like why would we tip you and you’re giving us attitude and can’t give suggestions I’ve only been to this one once and don’t plan on coming back.

    I went to get a Drink and i was on a time crunch, I had ordered the pumpkin Blondie. I didn't know what I wanted but the order taker Amanda had helped me out very well picking out what I wanted. The drink was phenomenal, and i got it in a timely manner. I really appreciate the visit and the customer service, I will definitely be coming back for more and for the amazing customer service.
