- JWJason Weaver5 days ago5.0The service was good, they messed up one of my pizzas, but they remade it, and let me keep the messed up, they were friendly and professional. As far as the pizza itself goes, I'm not really a fan of the taste of the sauces they use, but thats not the stores fault.

The Philly sub I received was basically just toasted bread with a splash of meat and onions. I try Dominos once a year and every time something goes wrong. Ridiculous

So I asked the guy if they automatically applied that special to everyone's order when placed and his response was "no we are actually trained not to mention any specials or offer anything unless the customer is specifically requesting it". This after making a hole online order and it taking money out of my account and when I get there the order is not placed because they have online issues that they refuse to fix. I thought Domino's had stepped up their game but they have left their customer service in the dust. Then to top it all off, when I got home it was the wrong Pizza. Just because Domino's has a company chooses not to work on customer experience and they suck doesn't mean you as a store, or employee have to suck too!!
