  I ordered a pepperoni pizza at the Kansas City, Missouri location. I waited between 35 to 45 minutes. When I received it I went home. I took a bite and found out. It was ran sauce instead of tomato sauce. This is poor service. There is only one worker while the manager was giving in-store interview and not helping out.

  My pizza was running 40 minutes behind. Went in store to cancel but the manager was yelling at everyone. Line people were angrily slamming toppings down. Register lady claimed she was "too scared" to ask the manager how to cancel/refund me so I was like ill just call later. I've called and talked to 2 people who claim they dont know how to refund. I emailed customer service and they said its a franchise so they cant refund me. Its only $12 but I want my refund 😂 ive worked in food service for over a decade. I understand a bad night. But this was completely unacceptable.

  Dominos is one of my favorite spots to grab tasty grub. Everything is good!! My favorite go to is toasted Italian sandwich....if you love chocolate dessert the lava cakes are 🔥!!
