  My delivery today was an absolute disaster. Both my pizzas were made incorrectly, the pasta was drier than the Sahara and only had 4 pieces of chicken (You visually saw 4 pieces), and received cinnamon bites instead of parmesean. Contacted the store the manager was rude as ever. She made it seem as jf i was the problem for them making the order imcorrectly. After 10 minutes of going back and forth she stated that they will only remake my order if the wrong food was returned. I advised once my new food got here that's fine. So now an hour and 30 mins goes by and still no new order has been delivered. Called the store and stated I dont care about the new delivery Im on the way to completely return all the food and get my money back, which was over $65. Arrived to the store, only two individuals were working the sweetest young black girl that kept a smile on her face and then there was the rude older lady manager she never greeted me as I approached the counter and never offered a simple apology for her mistake. I understand being understaffed and busy bt that should not hinder good customer service.

  Jihoon was playing Pokémon go, and didn't deliver our pizza. Had to talk to manager, jihoon did end up delivering it, an hour late, Pokémon go open on her phone 👍 Food was good, but cold

  Just don’t order and save yourself the time. Horrible customer service. Entire family delivered my order and all of them touching and moving everything. Do better.

  Haven’t had a food problem but the service tonight was horrible. Understand it’s a busy time of the night but not acknowledging I’m right in front of the counter for 15 minutes is horrible. Order online says 15-25 minutes. Waited that allotted time and went just for it to be close to an hour and a half before I got my food
