  Came in today and I was really impressed by a young lady named Luna. The line was long and she literally had no help. She was making food and ringing people up at the same time. No one was frustrated because we seen how great she was doing. She was even maintained cleanliness throughout it all changing gloves, cleaning up after herself. Before I could pull off I had to write this review, promote her as ASAP.

  It’s surprising this location is even still open. Ordered a steak burrito, got a chicken bowl. They even put a little sticker on it, so my chicken bowl is labeled “steak burrito”.

  I recently went there after making an online order purchase. My order was supposed to be ready at 8pm. I waited in the line for 20 minutes, then in the parking lot for another 10. At 8:30 decided to head in where we weren’t even able to talk to an employee. We had to leave without our food. This was a really disappointing experience after spending $30 and working an over 12 hour day. Will never be coming back to this location.

  If I can rate 0 stars I would. The staff was VERY rude they messed up my bowl in front of me & I told her I had asked for it on the side she responded with an attitude and said it was an error told her it was fine as it does happened then get to the register & the cashier had an attitude by this time I felt targeted as if it wasn’t just the first employee having a bad day it’s everyone in there then proceeded to speak about me while on the line in Spanish so I responded back in Spanish & they started to say they can give an attitude to whoever they want too. Very unprofessional! Will NOT Be going back there this isn’t the first time I go to this location & they mess up my order & have horrible attitudes. They treat their customers like trash! No smiles no greetings when walking in it’s just not a good location management simply failed at this location! Besides signal being bad so you can’t scan points & the parking is odd it’s just not worth the headache! Definitely will stick to 39th st location for better service & quality!

  My stop at Chipotle Mexican Grill was a quick, satisfying meal. The burrito bowl was packed with fresh ingredients, and everything tasted clean and flavorful. I like how you can customize everything exactly how you want it. It’s simple, fast, and reliable when you want a solid Mexican-style bite.
