Workers are in need of a course in customer service, professionalism and restaurant etiquette. Also, if you can’t keep up with keeping the seating area clean hire people to do that. Not a pleasant visual.

- RDRyan DeatherageMar 26, 20261.0I placed a carry-out order. When I walked in, there was about 5 others waiting for their carry-out order, which none of them were prepared yet. Apparently one of their printers was acting up and didn't print our orders for them. I get it. Technology sucks. I patiently waited until my name was called which was about 20 minutes. When I placed my order from the app, it said I had a free side of guac. I asked the lady where my side of Guac was and she looked at the label telling me that it's on the meal already. She didn't take the time to take the lid off and double check. Got home starving, opened the lid and NO GUAC! I also paid for queso to be on my meal which that was left off too. Worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. Not sure if I'll ever return.
