- MSMicah StarrMar 15, 20262.0This was the worst chipotle experience I’ve had, I believe. The kitchen work areas were all dirty with food which is a cross contamination risk. Work area to assemble food orders was dirty and no effort made to keep it clean. Dining areas had not been cleaned - many tables were still dirty. Very slow food prep process as well. The rice was either old or not fully cooked, certain ingredients had run out, and poor communication with staff. Usually Chipotles are run pretty well so not sure why this one was so different. Maybe someone called in sick and it really messed up the process?
