- RSRegine Singletary6 days ago2.0I've never once been to a Chick-fil-A that disappointed me today Chick-fil-A disappointed me my sandwich was not made correctly I could not find the mobile parking scan code my fries were not fresh that's never happened I don't know if these guys are new or what but that's never happened to me. I didn't go back because I had to be back at work so it was like a run-in run out and given that I missed the scan code it took a little bit longer than normal but I thought I would leave a review to let them know

My favorite place I wish they would make one in leavenworth. I dont mind driving to one tho it's worth it when I have the extra cash! They are always very friendly also.

This has to be the slowest location I’ve ever been to—and it’s been this way every single time I’ve visited. The biggest issue is the mobile ordering process—it just doesn’t make sense. Why is the regular drive-thru line moving faster than the mobile order line? Why am I placing a mobile order if it’s not even started until I arrive? On top of that, I’ve had orders brought out to me while I’m still stuck in the mobile line behind multiple cars that haven’t received their food yet. It completely defeats the purpose and just creates more confusion and delays. At this point, there’s no benefit to using mobile order at this location—it’s actually slower. My time is valuable, and I’ll be driving to the other location farther away instead.
