We were taking a minute for us all to make up our minds and I’d stepped outside. Apparently the manager had kicked my brother and manns out stating they can’t just have people hanging out in there. Beyond me horrible service they were rude the whole time when I’d went to ask questions. As well as a few customers walked up while we were looking at the kiosk stating that their order wasn’t correct. Worst experience and I’ll just not go back to another Charley’s, bring back Penn Station, this place is trash.
