- VSVeronica Scott1 day ago1.0We just left there. Waited at least 45 minutes for our food, came out cold. It seemed like, just looking around, food was taking a really long time. Wouldn't have been as disappointed with the wait if it at least had come out hot. First and last time for us. We are now at Twin Peaks with a totally different experience.
- AWAshley Walmer2 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible service. Waited 10 minutes at the front for someone to seat us since there was no sign to seat ourselves. There were 3 servers who walked by us, made eye contact and ignored us. I finally had to ask the lady at the pick up counter if we were supposed to seat ourselves to which she replied “I guess I can seat you.” Our waitress greeted us right away. We then waited for 15 minutes and never got our drinks. We tried to flag her down several times and she completely ignored our table. As we got up to leave our server yelled “have a good night.” This location either has a serious staffing issue or management that doesn’t care about their customers. Either way, the service (or lack of) was unacceptable.

Yet all of the delivery drivers that came had their pickup times met within a few minutes. It sucks that they wanna prioritize their delivery customers who aren't even in person over the in person customers. Find a place that actually cares about their customers not just who paid more for the same service.

Pretzel app hit the spot. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Best of all, all the TVs were in outstanding working order!
