  Amazing experience as always at Buca! My family and I have been coming here for years to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. We are never disappointed with the food or service! We had the pleasure of being served by Giuliany today and he was incredibly kind and responsive. We can’t recommend this place enough!! ❤️

  Adriana was a FANTASTIC server!! She was fun and energetic, and checked on us multiple times to make sure we were getting top notch service. The food is hot and delicious, as always. The atmosphere really makes the location shine.

  Worst experience ever! Waiter did not turn in our order, everything was a “favor”. Did not bring forks to eat our food with, did not take away empty plates until end, reached across table for the large stack and spilled a full glass of ice water into my lap- we were sitting on the patio! No acknowledgment from management, had to go inside to get towels, we were supposed to be celebrating my daughters 18th birthday- the bar manager, Abraham told me at the end of the night- “it was just water”. I had sat there wet for over an hour. We were brought out a huge sundae for our trouble by the horrible waiter, still no apologies, “accidents happen”. The sundae was the sundae we were supposed to receive for her birthday… it was bad from the start, gave new waiter grace until the water was spilled in my lap and “nothing” was acknowledged- I had to go inside /x, told no manager was on duty, on a Thursday evening, on the plaza in KC… EPIC FAIL. I’ve been supposed to be contacted for 3 weeks. They DO NOT CARE!!! I paid for my meal!!! They DO NOT CARE!!!

  It's such a unique location, almost hidden. The food was excellent. The oil used for the bread is also a nice touch, adds a nice flavor. The pasta was amazing, best pasta I've had in a hot minute. Also, the mocktail I had was really good. Overall, great restaurant, lovely atmosphere, and great food and drinks. Definitely recommend going.

  I wouldnt even give them 1star but i had to to write the review I came here with my family on my birthday to celebrate both mine and my niece‘s birthday we asked for a quiet secluded spot which I know they have because I’ve been here several times I have an autistic nephew who can’t handle all the stimuli apparently they didn’t understand what that meant. They took us from one busy area and put us in another busy area they definitely do not cater to handicapped people , the service was horrible. We had to refill our own drinks. We asked the waitress to refill our drinks several times and then she would disappear and not show back up for 20 minutes so we just started walking in the back and refilling them ourselves. I also watched a waitress drop a meatball and catch it with her bare hands slap it back on a plate and get into somebody’s to go order and take their pasta out and put it on that plate. I spent $250 and got food poisoning everyone in my family that was there instantly got sick. The most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I will never return
