I walked over and told the young lady with green and black hair my order and asked if the restroom was open . They both looked tired as if they didn’t like their job nor wanted to be there . The fact that they serve 4 other people before me , maybe it’s because they just had scoops and a drink , then asked what my order was again . Poor customer service but my shake taste good .

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
