  Did a mobile pick up on Monday 12/29 and did not receive part of my order and no one would pick up the phone when we called.

  Sweetest drive-through worker, good food! I came through after a long work day and the employee who greeted me in the drive through was just the kindest. Food was fresh, fries fantastic, and they remembered the sauce. Order was at 9:09 PM, greeted by a female drive-through worker. She deserves a shout-out!

  Came in for Arby’s, stayed for the live food-safety demo. Employee was mopping the floor in front of the counter, then immediately hopped behind the register to take our order without washing his hands. From mop bucket to cash register to filling fries — still no hand washing. Bold strategy. Behind the counter is also a full holiday-themed knickknack museum. Very festive, but I’m not sure how you’re supposed to clean a food prep area when it’s packed with decorative figurines like a Christmas flea market. I don’t expect fine dining at Arby’s, but I do expect hands to be washed between mopping the floor and touching my food. Please do better.
