  atmosphere and service was .. fast food quality. decided to try the ham and cheese melt.. don't! VERY dry, very little meat. so little meat I had to take ½ the bun off to make meat to bread ratio a little closer.

  Much better than the last Arby's I ate at. It was nice and clean and the food was good.

  The guy at the counter was higher then a kite needed help to get the register open then got the order wrong. The food was alright.

  It was the typical signature Arby’s roast beef experience but this time I added some bacon. What an odd color and shiny texture this roast beef has … compared to what I make at home. The staff was observed scurrying and there seemed to be lots of confusion and communication issues while processing the orders, but the demeanor while handing the food out the window seemed calm and organized.

  The "Sauce Police" at North Oak Trafficway is a Joke Absolutely pathetic. I just dropped $15 on a single meal at this North Oak Trafficway location only to be interrogated by the "sauce police." The worker actually told me there is a strict 4-packet limit and then had the nerve to tell me I wasn't allowed to touch the sauces in the lobby because I wasn't dining in. Since when does Arby’s ration cheap condiments like they’re liquid gold? If I’m paying premium prices for fast food, I expect to get more than a handful of sauce without being lectured or told I'm "not allowed" to use the lobby station. This is the stingiest, most ridiculous customer service I’ve ever experienced. What a complete joke. Save your money and go somewhere else that doesn't power trip over a 5-cent packet of Horsey sauce.
