  Good most of the time, but here lately I’ve been disappointed because it’s like they don’t listen when you order because they are rushing.

  I gotta give a shout out to Kai who was taking orders in the morning when I went through, then again when I went for my late night treat:) He was so kind and fun!! He asked all the questions to get my coffee right and really took good care of us. Magical experience. 10/10. Also oh my goodness the speed of this place. The line was so so long and I was through in like less then 2 minutes. I can’t remember the name of the manager who was working on the morning, but I did get the chance to talk to him for a second and he helped make my day!’

  I arrived a few minutes before 6:00 p.m., and waited approximately 17 minutes for one drink. I am pretty sure my order was either forgotten about or placed at the back of the queue, I didn't order a specialty drink just a standard smoothie. 9 cars who ordered after me received their drinks before me.The smoothie, while good, was not worth the wait. I'm disappointed and I'm tired of subpar service especially when times are so tough for people regarding finances.
