Worst service, place to stop at. Ordered large chili, with cheese and onions, and a Jr. Bacon cheese burger. Girl behind counter gave me the chili with this statement "You got the last cup of chili and it was more than cup would hold so the lid isn't on all the way", I took bag and noted the burger wasn't there and pointed it out, her response was the order hadn't been completed, so I took what I thought was my chili and waited by tables for rest of the food. Mind you there were two other gents there waiting for their orders. The young lady then call name on order (Patricia) looking at the other two gents, when I said that would be me, she said we needed to talk, stating that one of the gents had ordered the chili and I would have to give it back and she would let me order something else, I didn't want anything else and she could refund me the money and just cancel the order, my wife was the one who paid for food using her card and had already gone back to the car...Wendy's lady solution was for me to go out get the card and come back in...I'm a 100% disabled vets and walking to and from is very discomforting, (I started to explain why I couldn't do as requested but saw it would not have mattered) so I told her that if she could just keep the $13.xx cause it was clear my expectations were to demanding. How do you as a restaurant on a MAJOR Interstate allow yourself to run out of a primary item at 9:00 on a Friday night? I will never stop at this location again and will also forward this to Wendy's corps so they can retrain this location. As I recall if food is handed to an individual the restaurant can ask for it back (i.e. knows a health or potential issue with the food exist) and would then dispose of that food, not take it and give it to another customer especially after I handled the container attempting to secure the lid.
