  Unfortunately, my food didn’t taste right. My meat felt undercooked, and I was very sad because I wanted to give this place a chance, but unfortunately, I will not be going back. I hope the best.

  This is a new place for me as I'm not normally a Mexican food person but I am loving it and trying something new every week. I've ate there now twice and both were amazing eats! Time for #3!!

  Ashlee and Bekah truly make coming in one of my favorite parts of my day! Their genuine kindness and AMAZING customer service keep me coming back! The food and atmosphere are consistently exceptional as well! I only have positive things to say about the Joplin location and the people working!!

  I’ve been to Qdoba in Joplin quite a few times now, and it’s honestly one of my go-to spots when I want something quick but still really satisfying. The food is consistently fresh, and you can actually taste the difference compared to some other fast-casual places. The grilled chicken and steak are always well-seasoned, and I like that they don’t skimp on portions. One thing I really appreciate is the toppings—everything from the pico to the queso tastes fresh and flavorful. Speaking of queso, it’s a big win that they don’t charge extra for it. That alone puts them ahead of a lot of similar places. The staff has always been friendly when I’ve gone in, even during busy times. They move the line along pretty quickly, and I’ve never felt rushed while ordering. The place itself is usually clean, which makes a difference when you’re dining in. Overall, it’s just a solid, reliable spot in Joplin. Whether you’re grabbing a burrito bowl, tacos, or just chips and queso, it hits the spot every time. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. Unfortunately I didn’t get any pictures of how bad our food looked and how small the portions were because I was so upset. The chicken was PURPLE on the inside, it was absolutely disgusting. The workers were so rude and were cussing to each other in front of us. The mixed teenage girl took our order and tried to charge me $4 for one extra scoop of rice, I’ve never been charged before then. She had a bad ass attitude since the moment we walked through the door as if she wasn’t getting paid to take our order. The cook in the back was on his phone the entire time our order was being taken, meanwhile everything was empty and running low. Not to mention when we arrived he was outside smoking a cigarette and then he came back in and went right to the kitchen without washing his hands or anything. This place has gone downhill bad. We will not be back. To anyone who continues to go there please check your proteins, they do not cook them all the way and I had to throw half my chicken away because it wasn’t cooked all the way through.
