  Ive been waiting 20mins for a cheeseburger. Still haven't gotten it. This crew needs better training or leadership. Not sure which.

  Absolutely hands down the longest wait I’ve ever had to do for mediocre fast food. Over 30 minutes. If you’re in a travel rush do NOT go here stop at Wendy’s or Hardee’s on either side.

  It's the par lately with every McDonald's. Bad food and service. I ordered a egg McMuffin with no muffins, due to my gluten allergy. It was cold. I also ordered a hot mocha. It was cold. Come on and hire people that care about the customers.

  I pulled into the drive-through. There was one other person there. I ordered my food. I was ahead of that person. I paid for my food at 9:51 PM and was told to pull forward. I patiently waited for 25 minutes for someone to come to the window and ask me if I had the two snack wraps, while three other people behind me had already paid, gotten their food, and left. I only ever go to this one when I need to stop and get gas, but I don't know if I'll ever come back again. At least the one that they just tore down would make up for mistakes. I thought this was fast food. EDIT: 3/17 all the owner does for this establishment. Is the automatically generated response to a complaint form link that does nothing for you besides saying, sorry for your experience. Hope to see you soon. It's ridiculous don't waste your time
