Mostly I have had good experiences at this Taco Bell. However, on 01/05/26 at 11:00 A.M. had a bad experience with the woman taking orders and working the window through drive thru. She was super short with me from the start. Would not answer my questions about what kind of dipping sauces were available and told me to look at the menu. She also had a tone during the entire transaction.
I hardly ever leave negative reviews and am mostly happy with service wherever I go, however it was noticeably bad today.

I normally love coming to this location due to the convenience of it being right up the road from my apartment and the wait times being reasonable. Unfortunately, tonight gave me a reason to drive further out to other locations. I don’t know what happened, but the meat tonight was just not right. My fiancée pointed out that something was off with the food and despite being sick and congested, I could still smell how bad it was. I had a similar incident with the meat quality a few years ago in another state, so I seldom order anything with meat in it (I usually go for potato or bean options because they're more consistent). Tonight, they messed up on a substitution with my order and I got that rancid meat in it. Every other time I've come here, it hasn't been an issue, but good lord was it repulsive tonight. I'm really glad I didn't eat more of it because I'd be incredibly upset if I got food poisoning right after just recovering from being sick. I felt like the matter wasnt taken seriously by the staff, which is incredibly concerning because food safety in a large chain like this is so important. You don’t expect fine dining from a taco bell, but you should at least be able to expect something somewhat edible and it just wasn't.

The day crew is awesome, but the night shift is a different story. I was served meat that was clearly rancid and spoiled. When I went inside to report it, the staff just shrugged their shoulders. Zero concern for food safety. They offered a refund, but their lack of accountability was unacceptable.

We don't ever eat at any taco bell but our nieces went there & I sent them some money & told them what I wanted & they ordered it for me. First off I am not the person to complain. So I called them & tell them what was wrong & the worker I'm assuming the night shift lead & he was like I can't replace everything & I said of course not. I would never ask for all of it to be made again if it was eatable. & then I asked for the money back & he said I can't refund it all & yet again I told him of course I would never expect that. He told me I was just trying to scam him & he hung up on me. That truly hurt my character because I would never ever do that!! I went out to the Taco Bell & asked for him & he started yelling at me & of course I raised my voice as well & he was still telling me I was scamming him. I showed him the food & told him I will be back on Tuesday to speak with the GM. I have the recording (sound) when I talked to him at the store that I am going to show the GM. I called back up & asked to ask to speak to the worker when I first arrived (he was the worker that first talked to me when I got to Taco Bell, not the rude one), whoever answered the phone handed the phone to the rude guy & I asked him to speak with that worker & then it went silent & then I said hello & he said I can speak with him when I come up Tuesday to talk to the GM & I said okay have a wonderful night & then he hung up on. The food is nasty & not all some of those workers are the worst.
