had a mistake with our order, I believe on our end, but either way we wouldn’t have been able to eat it. Had a disgruntling interaction with the first young employee I spoke with, however kurt (possibly Kirk) the general manger of this location went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! As a manager it is important to realize customers should always be accommodated unless being unreasonable towards employees first. I will be back to this location and will speak highly of him because of this positive interaction.

Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to!!! Waiting in line for over 45 minutes just for my food to be cold!! And the manager excuse was that they were short staffed!! I just think it’s poor management!!!

Was craving Taco Bell. This location didn't disappoint. Came in Thursday night at dinner time. Items received exactly as specifically ordered, and very filling. Very clean location and great food. Staff was friendly and service was prompt considering the to go line was packed. Will be my go to Taco Bell when back in the area.

Forgot two things on my order when the store was dead. The food was cold after we got it. Which we waited a long time to receive, even though we were the one of the only two people in line. Workers were nice though.

Went to try out the new nuggets. Got home to some very brown and rock hard chucks. The lady at the window was very friendly though.
