  My food was cold waited almost 30 minutes for it. When I finally went to ask where my food was not one knew what happened. Or at least I was not told. My food had been cold not my order. Did not get all my food but was charged for it even after the very long wait. They apologized but did not remake my food. My tacos were soggy had to use fork because the grease got to the bottom. I was first one to order and the last one to get my food. Very disrespectful customer yelling and being rude to staff. Lady and her friends should of been kicked out due to her disrespect and attitude. Rude because you use the kiosk and no one takes your order anymore. She should talk to management or higher ups at taco bell. Employees don't make these rules and yelling at the staff is uncalled for. The manager should of told her to shut up or leave. She was very loud maybe even drunk. Just because wages went up doesn't mean they make more than you do. Hateful women should of been kicked out.

  If your order is wrong or missing items prepare to be argued with ad nauseum and told that theres "video proof" of them not making any errors and then refusing to elaborate any further. Had to go through the app to get a refund for food I was never given.

  I waited in line THE FIRST TIME for 20+ minutes. 1 item was incorrect. Swung back around to get the 1 item. 4 cars ahead of me. I sat in the drive through for another 20+ minutes and there was still 2 cars ahead of me. The car at the window had waited for over 10 minutes. I pulled out of line, went inside and I was told "We have been busy, we have done over $200 in the last hour. We have a lot of new people and we have had a full lobby. Please be patient. " (There was 6 people in the lobby). Worst Taco Bell around. I drove an additional 5 miles just to get the one item. Well 3 by this time because the freezes were half melted. I will never go back.

  How many times do customers have to complain about a manger before she gets let go? LOOKING OVER these reviews its terrible management, its not a joke. They do not care about others, the food is probably also powered water. I can't believe they have the female manager there able to treat others as such. I am sure she is so unhappy she had to treat others like she does. If tacobell does not care about how there workers treat customers we should not be going! Also if the food is not quality! Its gone down hill to gross. I would like (Corporate)to reach out to me about my experience........with the female manage working today around 3:00
