  this is the second time i have gotten black, rotten looking food from here. i am furious, i bit into one of them. not to mention the night staff acts so stupid, they can’t even cut a quesadilla right. idk if it’s a joke to them, but it’s pretty annoying when they cut it so obnoxiously that a whole “slice” is just tortilla. this store should be closed if they can’t throw out rotten food or cut a damn quesadilla

  I recommend never go to the 7th St., Taco Bell restaurant ever we ordered a meal told him exactly what we wanted. We go and pick it up. It is not the way we wanted it. We said this is not the way we wanted it. They refused to remake it. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been at do not ever go to 7th St., Taco Bell by Walmart in Joplin, Missouri.

  My food was cold waited almost 30 minutes for it. When I finally went to ask where my food was not one knew what happened. Or at least I was not told. My food had been cold not my order. Did not get all my food but was charged for it even after the very long wait. They apologized but did not remake my food. My tacos were soggy had to use fork because the grease got to the bottom. I was first one to order and the last one to get my food. Very disrespectful customer yelling and being rude to staff. Lady and her friends should of been kicked out due to her disrespect and attitude. Rude because you use the kiosk and no one takes your order anymore. She should talk to management or higher ups at taco bell. Employees don't make these rules and yelling at the staff is uncalled for. The manager should of told her to shut up or leave. She was very loud maybe even drunk. Just because wages went up doesn't mean they make more than you do. Hateful women should of been kicked out.
