  Food is good but quality is lacking. Prices have gone through the roof. Over 12 bucks for a six inch and a med drink.

  I ordered on door dash, my sandwich was open (poorly wrapped) and in an open bag. There wasn’t tape on anything. It felt not the safest, no way for me to know the food wasn’t tampered with. I called the store and the manager said verbatim “don’t know what to tell ya, you can bring it back in. If you can’t do that, there’s nothing else I can do about it. Have a nice day” and hung up. I tried to ask if they could take my name down, and she refused. When I asked why there wasn’t tape she replied “we must have been in a hurry” She was incredibly rude, unwilling to help. It was incredibly frustrating. She shouldn’t be a manager if she can’t help solve the customers problem

  Everyone here is so rude. Plus they over charged me for a sandwich that I never get over charged for at any other subway in town. When I went in (nicely) to ask about it, the girl was still so hateful and never once apologized for the confusion or anything. Never going back to this location Mind you, I asked for a turkey italiano. Which is no longer on the menu. Everywhere else just treats it like a BMT but turkey instead of ham. She also never once mentioned the upcharge. $17 meal turned into $23 is wild

  So my boyfriend and I had free coupons to get six inch subs went in there presented the coupons and it's like this female worker didn't want to do her job plus she had a attitude not going there again
