- JHJose Harber6 days ago1.0My family and I have never been a Pizza Ranch before so we decided to try it out. I swore I heard the cashier say kids under 12 eat free but I must have misunderstood him as he charged us a dollar per age. For the four of us it was $50 for the buffet. We got our drinks, filled them up, set them on the table, I put my jacket on the back of one of the chairs and we went to the Fun Zone because the kids wanted to play some games. The games are okay and nothing special, limited selection and a few weren't working but the kids had fun enough. However, when we returned to our table all of our drinks were gone and my jacket. When I went to the front to ask about my jacket and let them know what happened they did give me my jacket back but never offered to give us new drinks. At this point my wife and I weren't very happy and honestly the pizza at the buffet did not look appetizing at all so we decided let's just go somewhere else and get our money back. But, the manager let us know that they don't do refunds and offered us a couple coupons for free buffets on our next visit. I have worked in restaurants for over 10 years now from fast food to finer dining and never have I heard of a restaurant not giving refunds. Needless to say those coupons won't be used as we won't be returning.

Lots of empty tables that needed clean off. Kids were entertained from the game room. Fun lights but some broken games. Never going to eat here again.
