  Absolutely awesome place and Austin was the best , his attitude was very respectful, his service couldn't of been better , he made everything very enjoyable, we will be back often, my husband said we have found our new favorite place in Joplin, thank you to Pizza Ranch and Austin.   I love the opportunity we have to serve the amazing community of Joplin. Come try our fried chicken, mashed potatoes, fresh salad bar, desserts and of course our fantastic pizzas. If you haven’t had our “Buffet Your Way”, then I recommend you come in and try the Texan Taco on thin crust or the stuffed crust Mac n’Cheese pizza. If those don’t fit your taste buds, we will make anything that you like and you get the first slices. Hope to see you soon!

  The city is average and a little pricey, but what isn’t these days but overall it was pretty good. The service was excellent they make you feel at home and the employees are so accommodating. I’m definitely go back there again. Thank you for making me feel like I was at home

  initially, I was pretty annoyed. I pushed the button in the arcade area and waited about 15 minutes, watching as nobody came to help. The kid working there, Austin, seemed extremely busy cleaning tables the whole time. I finally walked up to the woman in the front and let her know I had been waiting. She and the kitchen staff weren’t doing anything except talking to each other when I approached. And if you watch the camera, you’ll see I was standing up there for quite a while, before she even notice me. I made it very clear that the green light had been on for quite a while. When I went back to the arcade area, Austin appeared and helped immediately. He did exactly what I asked — checked all eight+ of the cards I had and combined them for me. Later, when all of our children were ready to check out, I pushed the button again and he showed up right away. He was thorough, friendly, and actually seemed to enjoy helping, which was the complete opposite of what I felt from the other employees. Austin genuinely improved the rest of our experience, and I hope he gets recognized for how hard he works. Prior to him coming back and helping us. I had already decided in my mind that I was not going to bring our children back, But thankfully, that kid made the rest of the experience a lot better.

  Hey its a Pizza Buffet chain. There was nothing WRONG with the food, it just was a somewhat underwhelming taste. Some food is very good, like the chicken (surprisingly) or the dessert and cheesy bread. But most of the pizza leaves something to be desired. Very clean and tidy, clean pizza area. Friendly staff who will custom make any pizza you want! If you have a lot of folk who want to eat a bunch of pizza, this is your spot. You just need to have the proper expectations before eating here.
