    Had a hiccup with the online service. I ordered a pizza with Pepsi while at work. I have a timed 30 min lunch, so no room for error. I was pretty devastated when I heard it didn't go through, but they handled it all with professionalism, and courtesy. Extremely satisfied, thank you.

    We’ve always had good experiences with Papa John’s, but this order really missed the mark. When we got home and opened our specialty pizza, we found a long black hair wrapped in the garlic sauce and lying across the pizza. It was really off-putting. Still trying to give the benefit of the doubt, we opened the rest of the boxes. We had ordered 4 pizzas, breadsticks, and 2 extra marinara sauces. One sauce was missing, and the other was already opened and spilled all over the breadsticks box. This was honestly a stomach-turning experience, and it left us really disappointed. We’re not sure if we’ll be ordering again, which is a shame because we’ve always liked Papa John’s. Hopefully this was just a one-time issue.
