Manager finally showed up and refused to refund my order. Almost $20 dollars in food gone and my money not returned. Says my order was picked up when it wasn't. Stole from by McDonalds.

Cold, soggy and lifeless, they are just plain awful. Last time my wife stopped at this location, her and the kids drinks were only about 3/4s full. She contacted corporate after the employees refused to top them off and got no response. I guess we learned our lesson and won't be coming back to this location, if they are not going to bother following up with complaints anyways. We are not going to bother ordering there again then. They make the half competent location here in Baxter Springs look like geniuses
