  Ordered online from the hotel next door and the doors are locked at 5:30 am supposed to be open at 5 am can't pick up my order no one at the store at open. Manager finally showed up and refused to refund my order. Almost $20 dollars in food gone and my money not returned. Says my order was picked up when it wasn't. Stole from by McDonalds.

  Like most people, I have ate McDonald's more times than I can count. I think I found the one with the worst fries of all time. Cold, soggy and lifeless, they are just plain awful. Last time my wife stopped at this location, her and the kids drinks were only about 3/4s full. She contacted corporate after the employees refused to top them off and got no response. I guess we learned our lesson and won't be coming back to this location, if they are not going to bother following up with complaints anyways. We are not going to bother ordering there again then. They make the half competent location here in Baxter Springs look like geniuses

  This location has been terrible every time I've been. The employees are very rude and the place is always dirty. The last time I went was in October 29th I ordered breakfast in the app as I was finishing up my shopping across the street got over there waited in a long drive through line for 30 minutes, finally got to the speaker afew minutes BEFORE 10:30 gave her my order code, plus I had already placed my order online and paid. Soon as I got to the window she was very rude instantly for no reason and said they couldn't make my order because it was after breakfast hours. I just said give me a refund and I'll go somewhere else, she said it had already been canceled. After I waited well over 30 minutes IN LINE! so I had to leave without the breakfast I had PAID for and used some points on and never got any of it refunded like the rude employee said it would be, she didn't even offer to substitute for something else they were in the middle of shift a change at that time and she just wanted to leave! I used points on the order as well they were NEVER REFUNDED! I do not recommend anyone stopping here they'll just rip you off, go to sonic, the gas station, Dennys, sams club or anywhere but here!
