    I ordered a meal with a large mocha frappe for the Monopoly promotion they’re doing right now. I spent $6 on the coffee but didn’t get a game piece. When I asked about it, the lady at the counter told me they don’t put gane pieces on the large mocha frappes. I mentioned that the app said it should come with the stickers, and she just said the app must be mistaken. Normally I’d let something like that go since I know the staff can’t control the app, but the way it was handled wasn’t great. Instead of trying to help, she made it seem like I was the problem. It’s just frustrating to pay $6 for their coffee and not even get the Monopoly piece 🥲

    Definitely, my favorite mcdonald's but I did order the ten piece with a monopoly pieces.I ordered five of them for the pieces and didn't receive any i ordered on the app. And they assured me that I would get game pieces. I did not.

    Usually if I have nothing nice to say about a fast food spot I just move on but this day was more important, I just had surgery & unfortunately had an hour drive home. I was very hungry & was disappointed by what I got. My double burgers had no condiments so they were very dry (not helping after I just had a tube down my throat) it just sucks my first food after having to fast was bad :(
