  every single time I order from this mcdonald’s they make it wrong. I always order a PLAIN mcdouble, and on the receipt it says double plain because i order through the app and manually delete all the toppings. Every single time without a doubt, there is onions and pickles on my burger. no matter how many times I put plain. people there have no brain.

  The staff has been nice but the food has tasted like its been sitting for a long time and the wait time is awful. Also, check your order before leaving! My order has been wrong every visit.

  Its only good when it first opens for the day otherwise you better wait 30 minutes and check and makesure you have everything

  Placed breakfast order on mobile app. Got there at 10:29 and checked in. Was told at the window they canceled the order because they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. They said the system automatically cancels it at 10:30. The order was not canceled on my end on the app so I could not order lunch. Charge is still pending on my credit card. Don’t believe it was automatically canceled—I would see that in my end.

  We have given this location several chances, the service is also slow. They always mess up our order. A trip through the drive thru, plan on at least 20- mins even if you are the only car. Do yourself a favor and just drive to Webb City up the road.
