  Rudest customer service ever….Not that it matters, but this is by far the worst McDonald’s ever. To be so brand new, stop hiring incompetent people to run your business, because they have no respect for your business or your customers. They will be the demise of your company. The manager accused me of lying about not getting the 10 piece nuggets. I got a drink holder box in the bag, instead of the nuggets. She said she put the nuggets in the bag and I tried to explain no, it was a drink holder and we didn’t even order drinks. She hung up on me. Let me be clear when I say…I am not trying to go to hell for lying about chicken nuggets. DO BETTER PEOPLE!

  I was getting food a little past 7pm and some random crazy lady was screaming and banging on a window like an absolute maniac lmaoooo. She was making some poor worker bawl her eyes out and the worker had the decency to be respectful anyways and try to accommodate whatever she was bitching about. Shoutout to the worker who got me food quickly through that 😂

  2 Large Coffee Order and they could not get the code to work. I tried explaining 4 different time if I refresh the app it will not allow another code and that my order was incorrect on the screen. Then she started adding dipping sauces to the order and gives me a total of $12. Her constant need to interrupt and over talk made placing an order far too difficult. The constant rush, incompetence and lack of training is very apparent.

  2/19/2026 around 2:00pm my fiance and I came through the drive-thru and ordered a mcdouble meal and a hot and spicy mcchicken meal add cheese with hot honey and sweet and sour for the nuggets. We got no sauce, nothing was fresh, and my fiance's sandwich was just a regular mcchicken and they put hot honey on the sandwich which made it to where he couldn't eat it bc of the mixture of it and the mayo and amount they put on it. We also had to pull up and wait for almost 5 minutes which is ridiculous since nothing was fresh. Just about every time we come through even from it first opening, something in our order is messed up and rarely ever fresh. Pretty sad being a new location. Only good thing about this visit was the employee that took our payment was really nice and complimented us.

  Parking lot was refreshing. I felt welcomed and secure in the lobby. There was several customers here but they were all served as quick as possible . I ordered a lot of food and it came out to me in less than 3 minutes. I didn't even have time to make our drinks before the server was holding my food ready to serve my family. Thanks for everything you guys do. Keep up the positive attitudes.
