  This place is a joke. Ordered fish with pickles no pickles. Ordered cheese burger with extra pickles no x pickles. Ordered reg DP got diet. Ordered happy meal with cheese burger no pickles they put the x pickle on the happy meal. Went to take survey on the receipt and it won't let me I want my free Q ponder how do I get it. If this is the same owner as Parsons, KS Mc Donald's needs to take over these worthless resturants.

  I have been to this establishment 3 times and every single time I have had items missing or incorrect. I gave it the benefit of doubt excuse bc they're new... here we are a month later and honestly worse than opening day. Today I ordered curbide and waited 25 mins after my order being ready to go inside and ask about it and the excuse was they gave my order to someone else at curbside but my drink was on the shelf waiting for me.... make it make sense. Not only that but 3 people from drive through came inside due to incorrect items or missing items and 1 person ordering inside waiting 25 mins as well. The manager on duty needs to take a min and breathe, bring her team together and regroup. And lead instead of allowing mistakes after mistakes to happen. The front desk guy was no help either, he had no idea what was going on and couldn't comprehend any issues people were having.

  First time ordering from this location and will not be back. i’m not one to ever complain but this was ridiculous took them 10 minutes just to take our order at the drive through we go to pick up our food and we were missing an item. they proceeded to argue with us and questioned if we were actually missing it. then proceeded to argue with me on a frappe because it was a caramel instead of mocha. asked for sauce 4 times and still never got it. Absolute awful service and food.

  I understand this is a new restaurant and they're working out the Kinks. However whenever I go in there to pick up my doordash orders there's a line of people with complaints about their food being made incorrectly. And I hate to give a negative review however this morning I went in to get a iced caramel coffee, and it did not look anything like the vanilla color that it should have looked like, and she gave me a coffee with no ice. And when I said where's the ice, employee said well it probably melted, and I told her well you need to put more in it. It was the color of coffee and it tasted like water. And these coffee's are not cheap.I called to complain and the manager argued with me about the quality of the coffee I had just explained. I asked for a refund I need to bring my receipt back up there to get a refund however I no longer have it so I'm stuck with this horrible coffee. I think I'll go to another McDonald's and get the correct coffee. Sad that I have to do this.

  I have ordered three times from this place and all three times I've had to wait at least more than 10 minutes, I am writing this review after several weeks of it being open and they are still struggling! Today I ordered a pickup meal and it took them 25 minutes to get it out, fries were soggy and gross and the employees were dancing around, having fun instead of being focused on making sure product was up and ready to go out they are always holding on something. Last visit they held for 10, almost 15 minutes for one large fry, so if you are in a hurry I encourage you to go somewhere else or down the road to Webb City!
