The first time I ever came here the service was extremely slow even though we were only one of the 3 tables of people seated in the entire restaurant. I figured this was just new staff or maybe an off day but I went back a second time about 3 weeks later and had the same, very slow service. While the food is great, the poor service has made me and my family not want to come back.

Waiter complained that he had many complaints for noise even said he couldn’t hear his customers. This was after my wife requested they turn it down. He said he asked the bartender to turn it down, but they were too busy. The volume was never turned down. I resorted to napkins in my ears. This world isn’t built around football and sports games. People like to visit with their friends and family at lunchtime and dinner about things that matter. I sat there for over an hour not visiting to anyone. Only struggling to hear my waiter. After tax my burger alone was pushing $20. It wasn’t that good especially considering the noise.

The "hot" wing sauce is legitimately mild and is less spicy than regular ketchup, or I was given the wrong hot sauce even after asking for the right sauce. However, the food was still delicious. The fries are amazing, the chicken tastes great despite it not being spicy, and I will definitely still return. The beer is great too.
