I visited this location on Sunday, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere was unpleasant. I was left waiting for a long time without any acknowledgment, no greeting, and when I finally tried to get assistance, the staff responded in a rude and dismissive manner. The person who took my order — a short, fair-skinned man — did not ring up my order correctly and gave me the wrong change, which already showed a lack of basic attention and professionalism. There were two other men working at the time who appeared unable to understand even simple communication, and when I tried to explain that the food was unacceptable, they could not comprehend what I was saying. What was most disturbing is that while attempting to speak with me, they were chewing something. This raised serious hygiene concerns, as I genuinely feared that something from their mouth may have fallen into my food. The food itself was soggy, smelled extremely bad, and was completely inedible. Shortly after eating, I experienced severe stomach pain that lasted for two full days. This was not a coincidence — it was clearly related to the poor quality and unsanitary handling of the food I was served. Based on the behavior, communication barriers, lack of basic hygiene, and the overall condition of the operation, I left with serious concerns about whether this location is being managed or staffed in a lawful and safe manner. At the very least, it does not appear to meet even the most basic standards of food service, customer care, or public health. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. This establishment should be investigated for its practices, cleanliness, and treatment of customers.
