  Love store 3240! They always have the best energy and of course the food is always good! Tiffany is always so positive and in a great mood. Great service ❤️

  I haven't been in a while due to quality of food. Now I will not return due to quality of food, and prices. The menu priced items do not match what's in the computer system. I was charged more than menu price with no alterations. The quality of food is poor, as well it's portion size being small for what you're paying. I ordered baconator fries and a bacon double stack. There was about 10 fries covered in cheese and bacon fat. The meat on the burger extremely thin with a sliver of bacon for almost $4. The company also took my two cents instead of taking the loss, after my total was $8.28 not $8.30. I understand the bank doesn't issue pennies any longer but why should I take the loss if I'm buying your product. I will not be returning, could've spent $10 and actually bought a meal fulfilling. The wait in line for the mediocre so called fast food wasn't worth it as well.

  I was Wendy’s 3/4/26 around 7:30pm. I have always loved Wendy’s and now I will never come back. The drive thru worker was not helpful and sounded like he wanted to be anywhere else. They don’t have the Apple Pecan chicken salad anymore, or at least today. Though it is still on their outdoor menu board. He didn’t offer me any other salad and I had to ask about it. They don’t have Buffalo sauce anymore but he didn’t tell me what they do have. When I pulled up to the window, he didn’t give me my drinks and I sat there for several minutes with cars behind me. Then another helpful gentleman told me that it would be a few minutes for the tenders and asked me to pull forward. He gave me my drinks. When I got home, I took out my Taco Salad. The lettuce was brown, the container was only half full, and I didn’t get any dressing. I got sweet chili sauce for the tenders. But I also got a cup of chili that I didn’t order. I’m sure I paid for it though but I can’t be sure because I didn’t get a receipt. I should go back to Wendy’s with my pitiful excuse for a salad and get a refund. I called the store twice and the phone rang for a long time. However, it’s late and I just want to eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich since I can’t eat the salad I paid $9 for.
