  I have never seen a place so dirty all the trash cans over flowing every table was dirty and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in a very long time the managers suck very very unprofessional

  Overall good experience here. My reciept said "Travion sucks at everything he does." I disagree, Travion seemed to do pretty well this time. Thanks Travion!

  On a road trip we stopped here to get a coffee and water. Used the mobile app and the photo showed it was placed at 11:57. I finally went in to pick it up at 12:12!!!!. It was just sitting there. The coffee was leaking out the top and employee said he was going to get Napkins but he didn't. So I went to the napkin dispenser and it was empty. This quick stop on the road wasn't.

  I got food through the drive thru, and as I was waiting at the window I saw an employee cleaning a drink related machine on the counter. The employee then proceeded to take the rag he was using to clean the machine to wipe off the bottom of both his shoes, and then WENT RIGHT BACK TO CLEANING THE INSIDE OF THE MACHINE WITH THE SAME RAG. Even better was he then went and dipped the rag in to a MOP BUCKET and then went back to cleaning the machine!! When another worker came with my food, I called the employee out and he said it's OK because he was wiping the walls of the machine, GROSS. I will not be coming back. That is absolutely inappropriate food saftey practices, I don't know how anyone could justify that in their head, unbelievable!!

  I went there to get some food I ordered on the app. They were extremely busy. I had to wait a really long time and then they told me to go pull up into the drive-thru waiting parking spots but the one they told me to pull up to was already occupied so I had to pull up into one next to it which was not a drive-thru waiting spot. I had to get the attention of a worker who was already outside so they knew where I was parked. When they brought out my food they forgot my fries. When I brought it to their attention they brought me extra crispy hard and cold fries. Afterwards I called them and they told me verbatim,"well maybe you should go call the at extra krispy store?". Needless to say, I called corporate. In the video you can hear how crunchy and crispy the fry is. It was not good.
