Went back and didnt realize they couldnt take the food back so the manager had to take my word for it. Made all the food himself and it was bangin'. - KKKyDec 28, 20251.0The last time my family came in here, for dinner, it took over 40 minutes to get our order. Then we were missing multiple items, so I went to the counter to ask for them. Staff argued that everything was in the bag, then when I pointed out one of my kids didn't get his order, at all, they were super rude about handing the missing items to us. The time before this, same thing except the supervisor was in the back. Yelling about how no one wants to work, or show up to actually do shit. Then, as we were waiting for missing items, an employee walked in the front door and the supervisor started yelling at her for showing up late, and being ignorant. If you want taco bell, you can cook all their food at home for cheaper, in the same amount of time, and less of a headache than dealing with this location.

I ordered in the store, and it appeared the food prep folks always prepared drive thru orders first, regardless of when the car pulled up. So, as long as there was a constant string of cars in drive thru, the food prep folks would not work on the orders for the several of us who made the mistake of ordering in the restaurant
