  I ordered a sandwich around 2:30 and it was scheduled to be done by 2:55. I got there early and usually my sandwich is done before the scheduled time. Technically my sandwich was done but it was left behind the counter, while the one male employee with long brown hair was hiding in the back on his phone call. Eventually an older lady was tired of waiting and just walked back there to grab his attention and he came out while he was on what I can only assume was a personal call. He finished up with her and then continued his call and sat at one of the tables. Still had not put my order out for pickup. Am I just supposed to self serve at this point? I get they are not being paid well but this is far below the bare minimum. I don’t usually like to leave bad reviews because I understand we’re all human and have our days but this was the worst service I’ve had here. I eventually had to go back and grab it from behind the counter and he didn’t even think to move. He said not one word the whole time. Really disappointing.

  Zee is a poor excuse for a manager. He yells and swears at people that don't even work there. He also expects his workers to do everything while he does nothing. And he even gets his husband to come in and help him when he is behind. I suggest you go to another subway if you want good service and to be treated like a person

  the service is actually much better than most here say. Most people need to realize that they only usually schedule one person at a time here, so it may take them a second to get back to make your sandwich. They have to have time to prepare their stuff, and need time to go to the bathroom and stuff. Yes, one of the employees does play rap music kind of loud, but if you don't like it, don't eat in the store.
