Additionally, pretty much every time I have been there the past couple months, the fry container is rarely ever filled. For example, today iI ordered a large fry but it did not even have the amount of fries that a medium should have. I am a former employee of mcdonald’s and I know that it is so easy to fill the container with the correct amount. I would normally never leave a review but at this point this is money out of my pockets and I am not getting what I paid for. This seems to be a prominent issue at this location. Please improve

- KBKelsey BrownDec 21, 20251.0My husband used the restroom after we ordered and saw a worker in there use the bathroom, not wash his hands and then return to the Fry station to handle the fries bare handed. When we told the manager (may have been an employee) we wanted to cancel the order she didn’t say a word or hardly look at us. She also didn’t pull him off of the fry station to wash his hands. In fact, she didn’t even ask who it was. Otherwise, the place inside is dirty- none of the tables had been wiped down and every upholstered chair or seat was flaking terribly. The manager needs to get this under control and protect their customers. They have a responsibility to do this.
