- LRLily Real2 days ago1.0I went into the McDonald’s in Jefferson City around 1 PM to dine in with my son, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The restaurant was not busy at all, yet several employees were just sitting around while the lobby was in terrible condition. Trash cans were overflowing, the soda machine area was disgusting, and there was no ketchup in the dispenser—only ketchup cups placed in the picante container. The lobby and bathrooms were completely unacceptable, especially considering how slow it was. Management appeared unconcerned about the condition of the restaurant or the lack of cleanliness. The food was just as bad—our fries were soggy and not fresh, and the food did not appear to be handled properly. I did not see employees wearing gloves or hair nets, which is very concerning. To make matters worse, the employee who handed us our food appeared visibly sick, with a runny, irritated nose. This is a serious health concern. Due to the overall unsanitary conditions, I have reported this location to the health department for follow-up. This McDonald’s needs immediate attention from management.

They had no basket of fry no sauces and a shitty customer service. If this place depends on customers staying open then it doesn't feel like they care.

Forgot multiple items and had to be reminded multiple times that we hadn't received them. We sat in to eat and they didn't even bring the food to the table. Every other McDonald's I've been to does this.
