- TPTim PuriDec 11, 20251.0Very bad service tonight 12/11/2025 had went through line manager and some other person talking atleast the guy looked like a manger or big boss of some kind and when I looked at them they did not smile or anything got a dirty look and they then just standing around talking the whole time I went through the line and the food was very cold and soda not carbonated my kids said they saw bugs on floor going in to the kitchen crawling but you know how kids are but after that bad service and bad attitude and atmosphere I kinda believe my kids and I or my family will no longer be returning to this chipotle and ask everyone that reads this to listens to my warning!! I was there last week and not this many problems last week there was a lot of employees smoking marijuana in the back parking lot could smell it as soon as step out car but I don’t mind the smell but I know that’s illegal to do in public and it’s very unprofessional to smell like it when they inside though but enough ranting out of me I’ve put google reviews for other places and nothing ever came of it but maybe I can help anther family not have to have bad service and unprofessional environment.and I did what they said in the comment below and nothing came of it was in there the other day again to try again same stuff happened then couldn’t even eat there cause all the tables were dirty and no one was staying and eatting they all wasn’t busy seen a lot of talking smelled like weed inside the building this place is the worst restaurant in Jefferson City there is better food down Missouri blvd would not suggest eatting her unless you want bad service and eat at dirty tables and want to smell weed this place needs the health department called on them cause none of my family felt good after eating there this last time do better chipotle or move somewhere else
