We had a very disappointing experience. After waiting an hour and a half for our food, we still had not received it. It also took about 10 minutes for our server to even come to the table to take our drink order. When our drinks were finally refilled, they were only partially filled, and instead of correcting it, she brought a cup of ice to the table. When we asked about the delay in our food, she argued with us about how long we had been waiting rather than trying to resolve the issue. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and rude attitude made the situation even worse. We were patient and understanding, but this level of service was unacceptable.

Came here yesterday with my best friend to celebrate my birthday a few days early. Everything seemed fine as we went in and got seated, our server came right over and got us started with drinks and appetizers. After that, we felt invisible. We are both very patient, understanding, and respectful people as we have also spent many years working with the public in service jobs. We know how it can be. But at the time we were seated and got appetizers, there was barely anyone else in the restaurant and we were so glad because we figured we'd get great service and wouldn't have long waits, but we were mistaken. We were done with our appetizers for probably 15+ minutes waiting for our server to come back so we could order wings, which was the main thing we were there for. We couldn't flag him down and eventually my friend got one of the girls (who were incredibly sweet btw) and let her know we needed our server, but she went ahead and took our orders herself. After a while, our food came out and it was great. But then when we were done and needed boxes, lids for our ranch cups, and bags to carry everything out in, once again our server never came by and we had a hard time flagging him down. We asked one of the girls for boxes and she delivered but I ended up needing one more, plus we still needed the lids and a couple bags. Our server finally came by and I asked for another box and lids. Got that, then asked for a bag to carry everything. He said sure, then came back with the tab and no bags. At this point we were just a bit annoyed with our server so we ended up carrying it all out by hand as carefully as we could because we werent gonna wait another 3-5 business days for a bag like we waited for everything else. I realize that 30 or so minutes after we arrived, it was getting to be dinner time so more people started coming in and they started getting a little busy, but it wasn't crowded by any means, and even though we were right in the middle of the restaurant, we just felt invisible. Additionally, I had asked if they still offer 6 free wings for your birthday because for some reason, it wasn't showing up in the app for me even though my birthday is days away. He said yes, and that later he will take my phone number to use that reward. Cool. When he brought the tab, I wrote my name and number down, and he came back and said it wasn't coming off. I pulled up the app and looked around to see if I missed something, then asked, "is it only good for the day of now?" and got a snarky "i dont know, I didnt make the app" like yeah obviously but I thought maybe he'd have more knowledge about it as a seemingly "seasoned" employee. Sorry for asking I guess? Then, to top it all off, I woke up a couple hours ago (3am) with what i can only assume is food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate yesterday and I was up early with diarrhea and simultaneous vomiting. That being said, I think I will just stick to the BDubs in Lake Ozark. Never had bad service in Lake Ozark nor has their food made me sick before.

I ordered online and I arrived at the promised time. They told me it would be 5-10 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and had to ask again about my food. they brought it right out and told me it had been called already but it definitely hadn’t because I was sitting right by the desk the whole time. They also got my order wrong, had boneless instead of traditional. I will never go back to his bww, this is two times in a row I’ve had late, cold, wrong food here

I really like the food but we waited for freaking 40min to get our food. The place is not packed at all, not sure why they are so slow.

This was hands down the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had as a family. We waited an hour and a half or more for our food and only ended up getting it after complaining to the manager. During that time, we watched multiple tables who sat down after us receive their food while we were completely overlooked. To make matters worse, our order was wrong, and we never received our appetizer at all, so we had to ask for it to be taken off the check. None of this should have required us to chase someone down or escalate the situation. We were dining with an infant and a 1-year-old, which made the excessive wait even more frustrating and stressful. No updates, no proactive communication—just excuses once we finally spoke up. If you’re a family with young kids, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This experience was unacceptable and incredibly disappointing.
