  Terrible service. Told to pull around waited 15 for food to find out it was “bumped”. Made new meal and didn’t get half the order. Very disappointed

  For a $7 sandwich they should have put more meet on it. I like their Smokehouse Brisket sandwich, but this location skimped on the amount of meat I usually get on this sandwich at other locations. This should have had a couple more ounces of meat on it.

  Lately I've given them a few chances and they failed 4 out of 4. The deluxe burger was decent but spots were not done. The Turkey Dinner sandwich was a complete fail. Barely 3 bites of turkey. A token amount of sloppy, messy stuff made up the rest. The two huge buns sat nearly directly on top of each other. The steak bowl? First, is that really steak? We received 4 nuggets of some fluffed-up lightweight "meat" in a small plastic side-dish. Also a very small side dish of COLD macaroni and white glop. NASTY, LUKEWARM-COLD CRAP. I informed the staff of the fail and was met with "oh".This place only succeeds at filling the sewer.

  Stopped by to get the Meat Mountain only to be told that they didn't carry it anymore. Decided to get some roast beef sliders. Didn't realize they were smaller than a White Castle and 2 bucks each and they weren't even that great. Cost has gone WAY up while portion size and quality has gone down.
