Stopped in at 7Brew today for a medium breve with an extra shot of espresso...sadly, it tasted like they forgot to put ANY amount of espresso in it.

I go to 7 Brews all over as I’m often traveling. I’ve never been to one where the employees take orders out of line, spend time chatting with their friends in line rather than taking orders and are then rude. I definitely won’t be stopping back at this location.

My husband and I are from out of town and drove 45 mins just to get a smooth 7. Tonight we waited 23 mins and was the 2nd car in line. 3 kids working or should I say playing around and talking. Line was backed up all the way to Catos

Arrived just before 9pm, and waited in line over fifteen minutes prior to getting to order despite there only being 3 vehicles ahead of us. The guy taking orders was taking one vehicles order at a time, then waiting until their drinks were delivered before he would greet the next vehicle. Staff was inside playing on their phones the entire time, it took almost 25 minutes to get through the line, when there were hardly any customers to tend to. The staff here seems to be predominantly teenagers, and could benefit from more senior staff or management presence. Only person we saw actually trying to help the waiting customers was a girl with a lot of face piercings, I didn’t catch her name though.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I know I always appreciate when other people leave them. I've been trying for 2 weeks to buy a gift card for my daughter for Christmas and every time I've stopped to get one, I've been told that they are out and don't know when they will get any. I think that is a bit ridiculous considering its the holidays and a very popular gift. The first girl I talked to was just flat out rude and walked away from my vehicle before i was even done talking. Mind you this was after waiting in line for 20+ minutes.
Their lines are always long, which shows their popularity and that many people love their drinks, but the wait time is absurd for just making drinks. The 2nd time I tried to get a GC I was told to call corporate, which I did several times and each time I just get a recording saying that no one is available to talk my call and to leave a message, which I have also done.
I haven't heard back from anyone and I'm tired of wasting my time in line and on the phone with a company that obviously does not care about its customers and/or customer service. I will be purchasing a GC for my daughter at a locally owned and ran coffee shop instead.
