  I hate leaving bad reviews but I know I always appreciate when other people leave them. I've been trying for 2 weeks to buy a gift card for my daughter for Christmas and every time I've stopped to get one, I've been told that they are out and don't know when they will get any. I think that is a bit ridiculous considering its the holidays and a very popular gift. The first girl I talked to was just flat out rude and walked away from my vehicle before i was even done talking. Mind you this was after waiting in line for 20+ minutes. Their lines are always long, which shows their popularity and that many people love their drinks, but the wait time is absurd for just making drinks. The 2nd time I tried to get a GC I was told to call corporate, which I did several times and each time I just get a recording saying that no one is available to talk my call and to leave a message, which I have also done. I haven't heard back from anyone and I'm tired of wasting my time in line and on the phone with a company that obviously does not care about its customers and/or customer service. I will be purchasing a GC for my daughter at a locally owned and ran coffee shop instead.

  Yesterday, my mother tried to get a Gift card for my niece for Christmas at the Jefferson City, MO, location. We were informed that, due to recent promotions, they were currently out of gift cards—no big deal. However, we were offered no information on when or if they would be back in stock. I get on the website, and they charge an $8 shipping fee for a gift card. So I try to call the Jefferson City location to see when they will have gift cards back in stock. EVERY SINGLE option leads to either another automated recording. The option to speak to a team member - we are unable to take your call at this time, please leave a message and we will call you back. I am so pissed off right now I am trying to convince my niece to go to Scooters or ANY place other than this!!!!

  I go here daily, sometimes multiple times a day! I have had one bad experience with one worker and got that straight real quick! I love most of the workers!

  This may be an off day or a normal day, I honestly dont know. I usually dont come here when they are busy because I know my limits on lines etc. I had a few extra minutes to wait in line for a smoothie for my child as the poor kiddo had an accident to their teeth so I bring back a smoothie. . At the end of the line it was a single line. I get up where the lane splits, naturally every other car goes to the other lane. I don't know if it was because I'm in a little car and it was a big truck in front of me. But I go to the outer lane. Before my order was even taken the truck I was behind is getting his drinks and there's still two cars in front of me. Then people taking orders leave my lane where they're taking the orders and go to the other lane to start taking orders over there. So two people are in the other lane taking orders from that lane. What? When the truck I was technically behind is long gone, so all of these people who arrived a long time after me are ordering. I finally get to pick up my drink. It's taking forever. The people behind me get there two coffees (but are stuck behind me). I got a smoothie. They can't find it. Well then, here it comes. However nine cars! NINE! Went through the other lane from that truck that I was originally behind and myself. The people were very friendly, my child says the Smoothie was good. I wish there was a way out of that line once you are in it because my patience was spent!
