  I had a pretty good experience around 1:30pm today. Got home after getting takeout and I was actually telling my husband how fast and decent the service was. I was also looking forward to the apple pie you all had and as soon as I get it out of the sleeve it doesn't feel heavy like one should feel, I took a nibble of it and it was already too hard, seemed a bit old. I opened it and see this.. It would be perfect if you had a time stamp system that lets you put a sticker on each sleeve and when it's expired after an hour or so you toss them.

  Employee by the name of Sparkle she provided impressive customer service skills which i have not had in a long time she definitely deserves a KUDOS!!!

  First time visiting BK in like 7 years and absolutely loved the food. I ordered the double whopper and thought it would be a small tiny sandwich, nope! Was bloody massive and delicious 😋 also love the new fry and onion ring mix you can order

  I work with Burger King and I have never seen a restaurant work so hard at not working. I ordered an hour before lobby was supposed to be closed and discovered that they closed the lobby before I arrived at 945pm. (Signs and website say 11pm). I waited 32 minutes, I know the time because I was listening to my podcast, with 5 cars in front of me. Nothing on the menu takes this long to cook, nor is there any complications that could result in this issue without explanation. While waiting, I experienced two employees outside smoking and one 'casually' washing dishes. When receiving the order, I experienced a very dry and old Whopper with no seasoning and without the correct ingredients. About 2 hours later I experienced food poisoning (confirmed with hospital). Since I had not eaten in the last 12 hours, this leaves only one place this could happened. If I could give 0 stars I would. I also have contacted BKC about their complete lack of desire in pride with their food or restaurant.

  Was a fast stop for a late night supper. Wife and I had a weekend out and full of adventure. Every table had the Burger King “Crown” on them. Wife and I had fun enjoying a whopper and fries while where the crowns.
