  night shift was terrible, awful customer service extremely rude, rushed my order to the point where they forgot straws and i was the only one there asked for hot sauce and didn’t get any and just because god forbid they do one thing right im missing a taco

  Didnt change the address on the app and my order was sent to this store called immediately to cancel and try to get a refund and was told my order was done been going to taco bell for 30 yrs and have never had an order done that fast even the manager at the Poplar Bluff Taco Bell said theirs no way it was done that fast so thanks for taking my $10 then lying to me

  It's Taco Bell man. I'm sorry it's always gonna be five stars. Taco Bell has always been there for me at 2am.

  I ordered two 9$ craving boxes with cheese bean and rice just to get one with a 5 layer burrito and then the other one had crunchy strips on it so neither one was made correctly and then the chips were unsalted. So I did what anybody would do and I called the store, asked to speak with a manager and I don’t know if it was the actual manager but she was rude and snarky and said “ well I personally put those items in the bag so I know it was made right” insinuating that it’s my fault the order is wrong. Definitely won’t be coming back here goin to stick with the cape Taco Bell yes it may take a little longer but the orders are made right and employees seem more friendly
