Can you explain how I give cashier $20.15 for $2.15 order for sweeet tea and I get $17 as change brought it to her attention then she hands me a dollar bill folded saying "oh it should have been $18" I am not sure why the dollar bill was folded BUT let's say an employee took $1 from each customer over the course of their shift that would add up pretty fast wouldn't it!? The 1st picture is receipt & change i initially got 2nd picture includes the other $1 & exactly how I got it.......again why waa it folded!???!!!???

Very long wait times. Can't get anybody to answer the intercom or phone. Nearly impossible to get food after paying for it. Or any help.

Last night I went through the drive thru and apparently it was not registering inside to the worker. I waited about 5 minutes and then proceeded to the window. Once i got to the window no one came to check and see if what i needed and about 3 were huddled in a circle laughing and on their phones. I waited another 3 minutes and since no one wanted to wait on me i left. I know the worker saw me because she looked back at me when she was handing out food to the vehicle in front of me. I am not writing this to get anything free i just think the owner would want to know when things like this happen. Thanks

One of the worst customer service experiences. I usually only write good reviews, because I understand everyone has bad days, but this was a little extreme. I placed an app order and asked for ketchup when my food was brought out. It was almost 6 minutes of waiting of it, so I asked the next person who walked out, “Can I get some ketchup, please?”. I just wanted to remind someone and didn’t know how else to. She yelled in a disrespectful tone that she would in a minute because her hands were busy. When she came to give me ketchup, she threw it in my hands and yelled here. I did not mean to upset her and did not need it the second I asked. I went to park at a spot in the back to eat, and saw her walk out the door and kick a door on the building. It was a little anxiety inducing and not professional and think other paying customers should be aware.
