It had no flavor plus a long, blonde strand of hair in my first bite. Couldn't even finish it. Disgusted. Every time I go to this location I always have problems with the food. Every other location is fine but Jackson location is disgusting.

The staff are always playing on their phone or just sitting in the back on a bucket. The drive-thru kiosk doesn't work half the time. Its obviously very poorly managed. I have worked in food service many times when I was younger so I can tell that no one cares about how this place is ran. This is the first review I can remember leaving like this, if that tells you anything.
