Despite the poor weather conditions, the staff member on duty was visibly frustrated by my presence and provided an incredibly uncomfortable experience. While I understand many employees are young, there is a clear need for better training on workplace professionalism and attitude management. I am reaching out to corporate directly as I have been informed that local management is unresponsive to these concerns. I hope to see this addressed to ensure future customers feel welcomed, regardless of the weather.

Every single time I’ve been to this location in the last few years my orders has been messed up or have had missing items. Then you go to ask about the problem and they act like they don’t know what to do or have excuses that don’t add up.
