This store is by far the best Jimmy John’s I have been to. Most other places I’ve been my food is wrong or very sloppy. Every experience I’ve had here has been a good experience!

I am not one to normally leave reviews, but the service here has upset me several times that unfortunately I feel the need to say something. I place all of my orders on the app & no matter if I place the order 10 mins in advance or 1 min in advance, they ALWAYS say “we just received your order, but you can go ahead & pull forward.” This particular day I placed my order & pulled into the drive thru fairly quickly. There were no other cars in the drive thru & they told me I could come to the window. While at the window, they told me they saw my order come through but there was another car behind me, so I had to go to the back of the line. I asked how it would be any different than if I had ordered at the window & they said that the order for the car behind me was already ready. Not wanting to argue, I pulled around to get behind that car. Once I came back up to the window, I got an earful about how they have to keep the line moving & how they’ve “told me this before.” At any other restaurant that takes mobile orders, ordering upon arrival is never an issue. However, if you do that with this Jimmy John’s, they make it clear that doing so is a huge issue. I go there frequently because I really do enjoy the food, but leaving the restaurant feeling frustrated more times than not just isn’t worth it.
Seems they are limiting or eliminating item for their subs. Putting less and less on their subs while keeping prices high. Will not be getting food there any more.

Update: I decided to give it another try. We all have bad days. This time it took 90 MINUTES to bring my order two blocks away. Ive honestly never encountered such a poorly run establishment.

Hands down the rudest employees. They take almost an hour to deliver a sandwich, and when you call to ask whats going, they tell you to just pick it up in the future "if you dont like their serivce". They could have easily explained they were short staffed, in a rush, etc. Instead they chose to be rude. This has been a consistent issue the past 6 or so months. If they changed management, it needs investigated. I would rather pay for delivery from Cape. ID LOVE FOR AN ACTUAL MANAGER TO COMMUNICATE OVER THIS.
