    I got treated very unfair. If you are hispanos, our any racers that is not White, DO NOT COME HERE. I felt racially attacked. I put the wrong address in and I tried canceling the order TWICE. The worker (I'm not sure of her name but she has pink hair and light blue eyes) said we could not cancel the order, and we could cancel it online. We went online, and it told us to call wingstop to cancel, that's when we called again. Again, we got the same response. She never mentioned that it was canceled until we arrived and got to the restaurant. Once we arrived I kindly asked her about the order, and she said "is that the order that was canceled twice?" I said, "We tried canceling but they did not let us." She then said " OH well your order was canceled". I stood there confused and asked her when I would get my money back. She said, "5-7 days, bye". Like who said I was done talking? I then left to go to my car, and got the order receipt from online. I came back and she eye rolled at me and sighed. She was talking to a white woman and was being sweet towards her, mind you I'm hispanic. Then, when she payed attention to me, suddenly her tone and voice got louder and she had more attitude. One of her co workers came in and went straight to our situation to help, she did help unlike her pink hair co worker. The pink hair lady kept interrupting and being disrespectful, that's how I felt racially attacked. When the pink hair lady left, her co worker was trying to still help while the pink hair lady tried helping someone else with their order. Again, it was a white person, and suddenly her voice got sweet. I thought it was just a coincidence but looks like I was right. I asked how I would get my money back and she was just rude. If I could put 0 stars, I WOULD. One star is too much for a customer service like this. Never again.

    I visited during a slow period to pick up a 10-piece combo, but the service was appalling from the moment we walked in. My husband and I were not greeted; instead, we were immediately rushed by two employees before we had even stepped fully into the restaurant. One staff member was sitting on the counter drinking an energy drink while demanding our order. When I asked for a moment, she rolled her eyes, exchanged an annoyed look with her coworker, and walked off. The second employee who stepped in was equally rude, snapping at me for my name and rushing the process. Despite the restaurant being empty, the entire atmosphere made us feel like an inconvenience. To make matters worse, the tables were sticky, the windows were filthy, and when my food was finally ready, the employee slapped the bag onto the counter and shouted, 'Here you go, MA’AM.' It was a completely unprofessional experience that makes me think twice about ever returning.

    I was door dashing. When I walked in they was playing super loud rap music. I waited 30 mins with no one acknowledge me, so I stood at the counter for another 10 minutes. Finally, a woman came to the front and started helping other people that just walked in. I just leaned over to look to see if the order was on the shelf and got screamed at by her. She said I was stepping too far over the line or something, and I apologized. She continued to scream at me. I proceeded to ask if there was an Ashley to pick up for food and why she was helping other people when I’ve waited very nicely impatiently. She proceeded to still scream and All I said is, I was just looking at the orders on the shelf because I have not been helped. She proceeded to still scream at me. I was just shocked at it. this place is poorly managed, and how they treat their customers is crazy to me. I’ve worked in customer service my whole entire life. I’ve also been working in healthcare for 8+ years and I would’ve never spoke to anyone like that. I never stepped behind the counter. I just leaned over to look to see if the order was sitting on the shelf for all that time I was waiting. Mind you, I did not raise my voice or be hostile in anyway, but this place needs to be checked for how they treat customers and time turnover. I understand it’s not in the Best area, but that makes no excuse.

    They have good food this is the best spot to come if you hungry serve hot and ready they have good seasoning
