  Honestly, I tried this place a couple of times and I really tried to avoid writing this review, but it just needs to be said. I don’t know who is doing the hiring, but they’re clearly not taking the time to train on customer service skills at all. Mind you this is usually the night service. You go through the drive-through and you barely get greeted. If you have trouble because the menu changes every other week and you’re trying to find something on the menu, they instantly get upset or irritated, and you could tell through the tone of their voice. Then you get to the window and they have no smile on their face to greet the customer whatsoever just a straight face! they look like they have an attitude or they just rolled out of bed and they don’t feel like being there. The girls have bonnets on their heads which is nasty! or the boys be having do rags on their heads. Then they’ll pass the food through the window, and just hurry up and shut the window. No goodbye. Have a great day. Thank you for choosing Taco Bell! When you look in the bag, I’ve looked in there twice, and I didn’t have no sauces, even though I asked for them. Zero sauces! Unfortunately, the glasses is already closed in your face so you can’t say anything and some of them will hurry up and walk away! God forbid you try to ask for something that they forgot and they’re rolling their eyes and huffing and puffing like they had to move a mountain. The customer service skills just suck! They act as if you’re bothering them.

  Went to get breakfast. The dude in the drive-through was rude, the iced coffees were hot. We asked for them to be cold; they made us warmer iced coffees. Trust me, drive 5 extra minutes, go to a different Taco Bell.

  Highly incompetent staff. These kids have no idea how to comprehend time management skills. There is 0 effort. The bathrooms are disgusting. The manager would be wise to hire more competent employees.
