Summit Pizza Independence since 2023 is well-suited for families, small groups and large groups, featuring 20 beers on tap, cocktails, and wine, in addition to standard beverages. We have an extensive menu 11am to 9pm. We also offer a famous daily lunch buffet from 11am to 2pm, which includes our made-from-scratch hand-tossed and St. Louis-style thin pizzas, a full retro salad bar, cheesy sticks, and pasta. Our passion for quality is evident in every detail, from our house-made dough to our selection of over 60 toppings. We cater to every preference with a variety of crusts, hand-tossed, St. Louis thin, cauliflower, keto, and gluten-free options.
