  I had an outstanding experience at this Subway location on N Noland Rd in Independence, MO! The store was clean, the food was fresh, and the service was fast—but what really made the visit exceptional was the manager, Brandi. Brandi goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and leadership truly stand out. You can tell she takes pride in her work and sets a great example for the entire team. She made sure my order was perfect and even took the time to check in and make sure everything was just right. It’s not often you come across customer service like this anymore. Brandi is a huge asset to this location, and because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this Subway if you want great food and even better service!

  Got a meatball sandwich. The meat and sauce was cold. The chocolate chip cookies were wonderful. But they should really make sure the meatball mix is hot before they serve it.
