  Ordered a club online. I went to pickup it was warm. I told them it's warm I didn't want or ask it to be toasted. The person made a stupid remark " it has to be toasted it has raw bacon" duh toast the bacon not the sandwich. They refused to make me a new one. Unbelievable. I walked out and went somewhere else. I am out my $17. Oh well. I will probably never go here again. Pitiful. I couldn't eat it with warm lettuce onions spinach cucumber and pickles. How can they be so incompetent

  No ice in the machine & soda is so warm its melting the ice & the old lady is so rude coughing so bad and not wearing a mask

  I ordered in drive thru and waited for almost 20 minutes before the gentleman came to the window and told me my order never came through. I suggested that I come in and order my food. When I walked in I asked both guys, how they didn’t noticed that I was outside at the window for almost 20 minutes. The gentleman with the glasses and acne was very rude. When I requested pepper jack cheese the guys with glasses went to the back, grab the cheese , slapped it on the counter, and walked away. I refused to eat the cheese and asked for provolone. The second guy who made my sandwich completely dismissed my order and helped the person that came in after me. The customer felt uncomfortable and apologized and I told her it was okay! The cup I was given was dirty on the inside. The guy didn’t like that I asked for another one. I can’t believe the way I was treated in this establishment. Their customer service was HORRIBLE!!! I would NEVER go back to this location. The store on Gregory is WAY better and professional!!!
