  Pulled up to the drive thru tonight and was told they cannot take orders due to tech issues. Huh. No problem because I’m picking up a delivery order. Evidently they hadn’t even started preparing it, despite having no walk in orders or any other cars in line. I waited at the window for over ten minutes and no one even came over to acknowledge me or hand me the order. The only worker I could see through the window was counting cash. I just canceled the delivery and moved on, absolute disaster over there.

  Chronically understaffed. Everytime I come it seems they have max two people in the whole store. They’re always very nice but seem overwhelmed. management needs to get it together.

  New management made the place horrible. Manager doesn’t care for her workers and treats them bad. The slushies suck doesn’t taste how it used too. Lines take way too long and they mix up your order often.

  I sat at the drive through menu for a door dash for 5 minutes and no one responded , then I pulled up to the window and the crew member was just staring at me ignoring me for another 5mins so I pulled up to the stalls and they walked right past me, then I pulled back to the drive though and they still didn’t have the order ready after 10 minutes
